Founders and VC need to spend time in a relaxed setting where no one is pitching. Personally, I want to better understand the founder:
- What motivates them?
- What drives them?
- Are they trying to build a company or trying to build a product?
- Do they realize company building is a team sport – that people build companies?
- Do they have the hunger to perservere?
- Do they have high integrity and will put the company first, or do they put themselves first?
- Are they secure in their skin?
- Do they realize that company building is a marathon and not a sprint?
